Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs for our partners in Germany.

For our partners in Austria, we charge a shipping fee of €100.

All stated delivery dates are based on information provided by our suppliers or transport service providers. As unforeseen delays may occur during transport, the stated dates are non-binding estimates. Please therefore allow sufficient buffer time when scheduling appointments with your electrician.
