How does the system work to reduce your electricity bill to zero?

As the sun rises, EcoFlow STREAM Ultra immediately begins collecting solar energy for your home and automatically storing excess energy. At night, the stored energy powers your appliances, either directly or via the grid. With an annual generation of up to 2,218 kWh, it covers 71.3% of your household's needs and reduces electricity costs to virtually zero¹.

Dual-mode solar input with 2800 W

EcoFlow STREAM Ultra features a 4-MPPT design and supports up to 2000 W of solar input. Combined with a microinverter, it can provide an additional 800 W. This maximizes the use of every sunny area for power generation.

2300 W AC output

Run two devices simultaneously – with 1200 W output power per battery and automatic boost up to 2300 W. Combined with another STREAM Ultra or STREAM AC Pro, 2300 W of AC output is available. The integrated battery enables off-grid operation and power during power outages.

Small or large – STREAM supplies everything

Zero electricity costs – with four smart setups From lights and routers to refrigerators and kettles – the EcoFlow STREAM series supplies devices with up to 2300 W, entirely with solar power.

Parallel mode Up to 2300 W solar power

  • Device setup: 1 × STREAM Ultra + 1 × STREAM Ultra or STREAM AC Pro
  • Connect two units with a parallel cable to power high-energy appliances like ovens or dishwashers – entirely with solar energy.
  • Output: 1200 W (main unit) + 1100 W (auxiliary unit) = 2300 W total power

Distributed mode Up to 2000 W solar power

  • Device setup: 1 × STREAM Ultra + 1 × STREAM Ultra or STREAM AC Pro
  • No cables required—simply plug each unit into a separate outlet. The solar panels deliver up to 2000W of power, with support for up to 2300W total output when needed.

More runtime through scalable storage and solar inputs

EcoFlow STREAM Ultra enables flexible DIY expansion for solar storage and PV inputs – from 1.92 kWh to up to 11.52 kWh³ of storage capacity and from 2 kW (4 MPPT) to up to 12 kW (24 MPPT) of PV input, with up to 6 connected units. Two units can be easily coupled to double the capacity – or combined with EcoFlow DELTA series batteries for even more storage.

The calculation is an estimate based on an electricity consumption of 10 kWh per day in Munich, Germany (representative of Central Europe), using the STREAM series (6 kWh batteries and 2800 W photovoltaics). The simulation is performed by AI, taking into account fluctuations in electricity prices and consumption to reflect real-world conditions as accurately as possible. 6. The EcoFlow app uses weather data from Solcast, processing over 100 million records per hour to provide forecasts with up to 94% accuracy and a range of up to three days.

7. Regulatory Notice (Germany)
In order to benefit from the simplified plug-in solar exemptions according to Section 8 Paragraph 5a EEG 2023 in conjunction with “Solar Package I”,

– the installed PV nominal power ≤ 2000 Wp and
– the inverter apparent power ≤ 800 VA be.

For a total PV output of more than 2000 Wp, additional reporting, metering, or permitting obligations may arise with your grid operator. Please familiarize yourself with the regulations applicable to your location before commissioning.
